We do not offer any refunds on any products.
Exchanges:
All products are double checked before shipping to ensure they are in pristine condition.
You have 7 days from the receiving the package to report any issues for an exchange. You must email info@houseofummah.co.uk within 7 days to report your product is damaged/doesn't fit and we will look into your matter.
We cannot offer any exchanges after the 7 day period.
Any items that are sent back to us must be in the same condition as sent to you - with tags and not washed. We cannot accept any exchanges if these conditions are not met.
