Returns & Exchanges
- We do not offer any exchanges or returns on hijabs, scarves, hijab accessories or khimaars due to hygiene reasons.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on perfumes or fragrance products.
- We offer exchanges on products if they are damaged. Any damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product(s). Please email info@houseofummah.co.uk with your: 1. Order Number 2. Proof of damage (Photos & Videos). PLEASE NOTE: An exchange will only be made for genuine damaged products. Any deliberate damages will not be exchanged. This is at the discretion of House of Ummah.
- House of Ummah will NOT pay for P&P for returned products. This is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds:
We do not offer any refunds on any products.
Exchanges:
All abayas are double checked before shipping to ensure it is in pristine condition.
You have 7 days from the receiving the package to report any issues for an exchange. You must email info@houseofummah.co.uk within 7 days to report your product is damaged/doesn't fit and we will look into your matter.
We cannot offer any exchanges after the 7 day period.
Any items that are sent back to us must be in the same condition as sent to you - with tags and not washed. We cannot accept any exchanges if these conditions are not met.
